What are YOU reading?

I hope all of my students ~ past and future ~ have been reading this summer! I certainly have! I have tried to read a mixture of adult books (for myself) and children/young adult literature. Right now I'm reading The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan. I LOVE IT! Although I know it will be tempting for some of you to pick this up and read it, I think it is perfect for students in 6th or 7th grade. Once you have studied Ancient Egypt, you will really get into it! You can check out the website for this book here.

I will do my best to write about books and reading this summer, to get you all in the reading spirit! That's what I've been reading, what about you?
