Mrs. Cronin (Mrs. Merten's mom) came to our class today to paint tiles with us. We painted our totem poles that we made in art. We learned about the kiln, and how the tiles will get fired at 2000 degrees. When we painted the tiles, the colors looked different than when they'll look when they are finished. When we made a mistake, or were worried about the pencil marks on our tiles, Mrs. Cronin would sing a song..."Don't Worry...Be Happy".

Don't Worry ....Be Happy

We can't wait to see the finished product. It will be hung outside of the art room sometime this spring.
