Well, we did it! The first day was fabulous! We had a lot of fun getting acquainted, and we started to learn a little about one another. We will spend this week really getting to know each other, and establishing our fourth grade community. Today we started to work on our classroom rules, and brainstormed somethings we think about how to treat each other. I hope everyone had a wonderful day. I know I did !

I read some good books this summer also. I read Harry Potter, biographies, and I started The 21 Balloons. I have just got to the best part when he gets to the island and he finds a village. Everyone thought it was uninhabited. Someone from the village has shown him a diamond mine in a mountain.

ReplyDeleteI had an awesome first and second day, I can't wait for more! We had a hard time finding how to comment but then we saw how easy it was to do.
I also enjoy the beach. Some of the things I like to do on the beach are word search books and collecting sand dollars and sea shells. I paint the sand dollars during the school year.
