Our Week in Review

Even though the week was short, there are a few important updates!  We had EIGHT members of our class run for student council!  Each student gave a well planned speech in front of the class, and we voted on Wednesday.  Results were announced on Thursday. Congratulations Brady, and everyone who ran!

November is Picture Book Month.  All month we will be celebrating by reading a picture book a day. We also have at least one author set up to Skype with our fourth graders.  We are encouraging all of our fourth graders to celebrate Picture Book Month at home as well!  If your child (or your family) participates through reading a picture book, please send in a picture and we will highlight it on our blog!  We are looking forward to seeing all of the awesome books.

Mrs. Williams kicked off our Picture Book Palooza by reading this book!  The children LOVED it!
