Today Mrs. Merten, Mrs. Williams, and a few Kennedy current and former families went to Jeff Kinney's bookstore, An Unlikely Story in Plainville to hear author Kazu Kabuishi speak. He is most famous for writing the Amulet series. What an inspiration! Mr. Kabuishi spoke about his career, and how he stuck with his love of drawing cartoons, despite having other careers before becoming a best selling author and illustrator.
